Terms of Engagement

  1. A deposit must be left in order to secure an appointment.

  2. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of the tattoo upon completion.

  3. If the appointment is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be consumed as a cancellation fee. Another deposit will have to be secured in order to continue the work.

  4. At no point or under any circumstances is the deposit refundable.

A copy of these terms must be signed by clients before services are rendered.

 

How much?

Shop minimum at the Holy Scythe is $100. Hourly rate begins at $200.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-Ins are always welcome, but appointments are preferred. You can contact the artist of your choice in the “artists” section, or use any contact form on the site for general inquiries.

Do you have parking?

No, we recommend looking for street parking.

 

Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18?

No. California State Law prohibits the tattooing of minors, even with parental consent. Gives you plenty of time to think about what you want for your 18th birthday.

Do you do custom art?

Each artist has their own styles and portfolios, and will work with you to design a one of a kind tattoo. Contact us to set up a consultation and get started on your project.

Is it safe?

We strictly adhere to all safety standards. All of our equipment is single use and/or sterilized before each tattoo is started.
